NEW 2016 Selective Reenlistment Bonus (SRB) Message.

The NEW Selective Reenlistment Bonus message dropped last week and some changes were made that you may want to know about if you are near your EAOS.

Like with every message we had increases and decreases in multipliers this time it seems more decreases.   Overall 29 criteria for bonus multipliers were increased and 85 criteria decreased.   Ratings that saw a negative change include;
ABE, ABF, ABH, AG, AO
CB, CT
DC
EM, ETR, EOD
FC, FT
HM
ITS, IS
LS
MT
ND, NCCR
OS,
SO, SB


And the lucky few who saw increases include;
AC, AG, AM, AWS, AWV, AWF
CB, CTN
HM, HT,
MA, MM
EMNUC, ETNUC


As always any negative changes in multipliers will not take effect until 30 days after the message date or 19 March 2016.   Increase are effective immediately be sure to check with your career counselor before reenlisting to make sure your get your maximum bonus.   


There is one interesting change in bonus eligibility.  Tier 2 and 3 sailors are now open to reenlist for SRB within 180 days of their EAOS.  This change is only temporary ending 1^st of October.
